Remedial Buteyko Breathing Series - Class 1, Charlottesville, VA |
Topics covered include in depth instruction and practice of the Buteyko Breathing Method, respiratory system basics (anatomy and physiology), sinus health, nutrition and mineral balance, hydration, exercise, relaxation, stress management, symptomatology and medications.
Please allow yourself time to practice breathing exercises between class in order to receive maximum value of your time. Each class builds upon the previous one, so plan to attend each session.
If you are uncertain about the full series, you are welcome to attend the 1st class for $100 and pay the remainder if you decide to continue.
For teens and adults; child with parent considered. $300/per series; $250 with 50% or more deposit by Fri Nov 27th. Please send $100 to reserve your spot one week prior to first class; remainder due at beginning of first class. For cancellation less than one week prior to beginning of first class, refund will be given less a $50 fee. Full refund given for medical and/or family emergencies.
